This dessert franchise opportunity comes with a set of comprehensive details for prospective franchisees. Our franchise fee, ongoing royalties, and advertising fund contributions are transparent and fair, further reinforcing FUWA FUWA as a quality investment. While the franchise fee is yet to be determined, we charge ongoing royalties of 6% of revenues and a 3% marketing fee, which goes into a national advertising fund.
Site Criteria and Location Selection
When it comes to establishing new stores, the choice of site and location is crucial. We prefer an area approximately 800 to 1,500 sq.ft, situated in a locale that caters to both commercial and industrial consumers. Adequate parking space is also a necessity. Our team will assist in locating and negotiating potential sites that align with our interests. We’re open to all site suggestions, provided they meet approval from our head office. The preferred site for a FUWA FUWA store is a high traffic location with a minimum population of 50,000 people within its territory.
Training and Support
As one of our franchisees, you won’t embark on this journey alone. Our support system includes training for both full-time and part-time employees. During weekdays, 1-2 employees run the operations while we recommend 2-4 operators for weekends.
Financial Assistance
While we do not provide direct financial assistance, we work closely with our franchisees and their financial institutions to ensure they have the necessary information for loan applications.
