Our stores are managed by full-time and part-time employees who, depending on the day of the week, may number between one to four. Franchise Terms and Conditions
The opportunity to become a part of the FUWA FUWA journey comes with straightforward terms and conditions. We have a TBD franchise fee and ongoing fees, which include 6% of revenues as royalties and 3% of revenues for the national advertising fund, also known as the marketing fee. We believe that strategic marketing is paramount to the success of our brand and franchisees, and therefore, it's an essential part of the package.
Site Selection and Location Criteria
When it comes to location selection, we have a team dedicated to finding and negotiating prime sites that protect our interests. While we are open to suggestions, they are subject to approval by the head office. Our criteria for a pancake site require a market with a minimum population of 50,000 people and a high traffic location that offers square footage of 800-1,500 Sq.ft.
Training and Support
We strongly believe that the success of our franchisees is our success. We are committed to providing extensive training and support to our operators to ensure they fully understand our product and its preparation. While we do not provide financial assistance, we work closely with franchisees to make sure their financial institution has all the information needed for a loan application.
Expanding Our Territory
